MFT

Training path - Mental Field Techniques

Mental Field Techniques (MFT) aim to support well-being through non-invasive measures and are based on the assumption that emotional tensions and blockages can influence the balance of the body and mind and even separate the mental body from the physical body (see 5-Level Model). MFT is used as a supportive method to promote general well-being, especially during stressful times or during emotional challenges.

About MFT

The technique involves identifying and working on tensions on a mental level, which, according to Dr. Klinghardt's theory, can have a positive effect on the body's self-regulation. This is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or therapy.

While the client turns his inner attention to the split content, the therapist – or later the client himself – taps acupuncture points and relevant autonomic switching points that reattach and center the mental body.

During training

Methods related to MFT are taught for immediate application in practice. The MFT I course is part of the " Applied Neurobiology according to Dr. Klinghardt® " training program.

"Essential companions of every therapist are their wealth of knowledge and experience, their common sense, and their ability to think logically. They need these components to move from a symptom to a diagnosis, and from the diagnosis to the appropriate treatment. There is something like "an inner order, an inner structure that one can follow as a therapist, which decodes itself and determines the measures that are best and work most quickly and effectively."
