PK
During training
This training is also a time for self-awareness, meaning that prospective therapists and counselors undergo ART and PK treatment themselves. During the practice sessions in seminars, continuing education courses, practical workshops, etc., they document all treatments they experience.
There should be a total of 36 documented sessions on the condition before, during and after treatment, 24 of them as a patient, 12 of them as a practitioner (9 individual cases, 3 follow-up cases).
This documentation is a prerequisite for admission to the exam at the end of the training. Mastery of the Autonomous Response Test is a crucial component for your success in working with Dr. Klinghardt's method.
There is no distinction between training as a PK therapist and a PK counselor. The training paths are the same. The designation you receive upon completion of your training depends on your qualifications and the legal requirements.
About Psycho-Kinesiology
PK is a treatment technique developed by Dr. Klinghardt, which is based on the following basic assumptions:
- Every physical illness has its origins, wholly or in part, in the subconscious, where all childhood memories are stored. When these memories are fraught with conflict, we speak of an unresolved psychological conflict (UDC).
- Everyone has many of these unresolved emotional conflicts. The content of the conflict determines the nature of the problems later on, while the severity of the trauma determines the severity of the problems.
- Solutions can be achieved when the client remembers the content of the conflict and the conflict is decoupled.
- With PK, you can support your clients in better understanding and dealing with emotional and physical stress
Training process to become a PK therapist or PK counselor:
Step: Autonomous Response Test I (ART I) or MFT I
This seminar will teach the regulatory processes and neuropsychological principles on which the ART technique is based, as well as the ideas behind it.
Step: Psycho-Kinesiology I (PK I)
The content of this seminar is an introduction to dialogue with the subconscious using muscle testing.
Step: MFT I in presence (if not started)
MFT is a very fast-acting and non-invasive intervention for the treatment of acute and chronic pain and emotional stress - regardless of whether the origin is a physical or mental trauma or problem.
Step: ART II
In this seminar, the treatment process will be explored in more detail and attention will be paid to the 7 factors with their diagnostic steps and the therapeutic measures that result from them.
Step: PK II
This course teaches further techniques in PK work and
This allows access to the deeper levels of
subconscious.Step: PK III
In the PK III course, Dr. Klinghardt presents how he uses the genogram
Psycho-kinesiological treatment as well as procedures of regulatory diagnostics and mental field techniques are combined with systemic family therapy to create systemic psycho-kinesiology.Step: PK IV**
This course offers the opportunity for intensive self-discovery of the major issues in our lives. All previously learned and well-practiced techniques will be applied, and our experience as therapists will also be deepened.
› Examination with certificate (PK therapist or PK consultant)
*The MFT I course can also be attended after ART II, but is a prerequisite for PK II. The MFT I online course is only valid until PK II, after which the on-site course is required!
**Before PK IV, participation in three family constellations and at least one personal constellation is recommended.
Requirements for the PK examination
- ART I-II
- PK I-IV
- MFT I in presence
- Recommended: MFT II and III
Course content & seminar dates
"If you want to experience and understand the essence of this work, you are warmly invited to our courses. The complex material, including its basic physical prerequisites, is taught in a logically structured manner. In detailed exercise sequences and later in practice groups, you can gain confidence in working with muscle testing and gradually work your way up to further levels. You will realize that this method is comprehensive, that all major life themes are accessible to it, and that whether you want to pursue this path with your patients or clients depends on your intuitions and your willingness to engage with it."
