About the course
This course focuses on deepening theoretical and practical aspects of systemic, family-oriented approaches based on Bert Hellinger's approach. It demonstrates how elements of constellation work in an individual setting—in conjunction with kinesiological methods—can be integrated into a supportive counseling process. The genogram spanning three generations serves as a tool for reflecting on family relationships. Simply examining the family system can provide new perspectives and provide inspiration for personal development processes. To prepare for the seminar, we recommend reading Bradshaw's book "Family Secrets" or Monika McGoldrick's "Genograms."
Further course contents include:
- Loyalty in families – hidden principles, consequences and promotion of well-being
- The 10 dynamics that ensure belonging to the family of origin
- Symbiotic fusions with people from our system – with a focus on mother bonding
- The 33-second technique, a mental exercise approach for positive alignment with personal goals and future perspectives
- Creating a genogram
