The Autonomous Regulation Test according to Dr. Klinghardt is a diagnostic procedure that can be used to determine whether there is a limitation of biological self-regulation and how this can be eliminated.
The aim of the Autonomous Regulation Test is to identify and eliminate therapy blockages at the beginning of treatment so that the desired therapy can be fully effective.
The Autonomous Regulation Test uses kinesiological muscle testing. This allows us to directly detect disturbances in biological functions within the body. A systematic testing procedure identifies factors that limit regulation in the autonomic nervous system, such as heavy metals from amalgam, scarring, allergies, and others. This identifies the primary source of disturbance, which often impacts other organs or biological systems. We then determine which treatment method will normalize the body's own self-regulation and thus restore its self-healing powers.

The most important substances for diagnostics and the necessary working materials (polarization filters and signal amplifiers) are presented.
